Mitchell Homes builds custom and semi-custom homes in more than 70 counties and cities throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. We offer over 30 stick-built home designs for you to choose from, and all of our plans can be fully customized to your liking. Our home prices start in the $90,000’s and sizes range from 900 square feet to well above 3000 square feet. If you don’t find a home plan that fully meets your needs, bring us a custom plan of your choice and we’ll build from your plan.
It is our philosophy to always use products that exceed builder grade. By using higher grade materials, our customers are happier and we have less callback work. For example, upgrade carpet, windows, and cabinets are standard features in all of our homes. All of our homes are considered maintenance-free, built with materials like brick, vinyl siding, vinyl windows, and vinyl porch rails that never need painting.
