To receive the Gold Award, builders must have excellent claims history, enroll at least 50 homes per year and enroll 100% of their homes into the 2-10 HBW program.
2-10 HBW developed the Gold Award to celebrate a select group of builder members that maintain outstanding warranty performance and customer satisfaction. The award honors industry leaders that maintain quality building practices and work to improve standards in the homebuilding industry.
